Return & Exchange Policy

Return:

Our Return policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, below are prerequisites

  • Proper Unboxing video
  • Images of the Product showing the defect
  • Original Packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition as you receive it.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at reachfernova@gmail.com

Pick up: For any returns, you can arrange a reverse pickup within 3 days of delivery. Email: reachfernova@gmail.com
